The titanium-stabilized molybdenum-bearing chromium nickel stainless steel is mainly used in chemical processing, petrochemical industry, power plants, and heat exchangers. Designed with titanium additions to prevent chromium carbide precipitation, this grade provides outstanding resistance to intergranular corrosion at elevated temperatures up to 800°C. Furthermore, this grade is suitable for TIG, MAG and manual arc welding procedures.
