Short Description:

TP304 Stainless Steel Tubes
As the most widely used stainless steel, TP304 features cost-effective balanced alloy composition, delivering excellent cold formability, corrosion resistance, toughness and mechanical properties with low work-hardening.
It performs reliably in clean atmospheres, yet tends to discolor or suffer mild rust in humid industrial, coastal and offshore environments.
Widely adopted for drinking water pipelines and freshwater supply systems, it requires proper measures to prevent deposit-induced crevice corrosion.
Without sufficient galvanic or cathodic protection, it exhibits poor resistance to aerated seawater. The material also boasts outstanding structural stability and toughness under cryogenic conditions.
