The titanium-stabilized chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel is mainly used in heat exchangers, boilers, superheaters, and high-temperature chemical processing systems. Designed with titanium additions to prevent chromium carbide precipitation at elevated temperatures, this grade exhibits exceptional resistance to intergranular corrosion across the 427°C to 816°C temperature range. Furthermore, this grade is suitable for TIG, MAG and manual arc welding procedures.
