Short Description:

SA312 316L is used in applications where high amount of welding is required at the same time corrosion resistance is a concern. There are different ratings and schedules. The 316L Stainless Steel Schedule 40 Pipe has a high pressure rating. The schedule corresponds to the proportion of the wall thickness to the nominal diameter and therefore it is also a measure of pressure containment capacity.
