Short Description:

The classic chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel is widely used in the power generation, petrochemical, and food processing industries. With excellent oxidation resistance in intermittent service up to 870°C and continuous service to 925°C, this grade shows outstanding toughness and resistance to atmospheric corrosion. Furthermore, this versatile grade exhibits superb formability and is highly suitable for all standard welding procedures, including TIG, MAG, and manual arc welding.
